Brandon Hannah, Principal Broker & REALTOR
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the business department at Lipscomb University and have spent much time studying, listening, and learning from others who have spent many years and have had great success in real estate. What I learned from my mentors has enabled me to produce great results in the world of Real Estate! My training includes special real estate courses such as Legal aspects of the TAR contract, Brokerage in Commercial and Investment Real Estate, Property Management and Managing Risks, 1031 Tax Free Exchanges, Working with Tenant in Common Ownership Interests (TICs), a member of the National Association of REALTORS Green designation, and multiple specialized marketing seminars. As well as being owner and PRINCIPAL BROKER of Brandon Hannah Properties I am an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, and the Williamson County Board of REALTORS®.
I love to take care of all of the technical aspects of your real estate purchase or sale but I also want to be sure to look after your personal needs. My standard is high moral integrity which is an integral part of everyday decision making and activity at Brandon Hannah Properties.

Alec Leaman, REALTOR
Alec is a long-time Brentwood resident and graduated from Brentwood High School followed by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Finance from Middle Tennessee State University. He brings wisdom and an endearing personality to our company. Alec came to our firm with a huge appetite to learn and the ability to communicate, listen, and execute amazingly well for even our most detailed and complicated transactions. Having obtained his Affiliate Broker license in 2016, he and Brandon work together very closely, so our clients get 2-for-1. Every business owner, CEO, and manager looks for loyalty like what Alec has possessed. He’s a team player and wants the best for our clients at every turn.
Joya has been an integral part of this firm since 2012. Her resume speaks for itself, including being a cornerstone employee for large, international corporations, working side-by-side with some of the top executives in each company. Originally from Colorado, Joya has called Brentwood home since 2003. Able to multitask with the best, she is highly skilled at handling our firms contract-to-close process, as well as, overall client satisfaction and office management. Her official title here is Client Care Coordinator, but ask our clients and they will all say she was highly instrumental in making their buying/selling/leasing experience top notch and truly enjoyable. When you choose our firm for your real estate needs, Joya will be your personal guide through the process, alongside Brandon.
